Når du har bestilt en eller flere varer og ordren samt betalingen er gennemført, postes din vare indenfor 5 arbejdsdage (undtagen i weekender og helligdage).
Skulle pakken mod forventning ikke dukke op, skal du kontakte dit nærmeste posthus og spørge efter den. Det sker nogle gange, at den ligger til afhentning, uden modtager har modtaget en afhentningsseddel.

OBS: Kig godt efter om du skulle have modtaget en afhentningsseddel, og vær sikker på at den adresse der står på din postkasse er den samme som du har lavet din bestilling til.

Hvis vi modtager pakken retur hører du naturligvis fra os.

Ingen af de indtastede oplysninger ved en handel, videregives eller sælges til tredjepart.
Hele vores hjemmeside er krypteret med HTTPS sikkerhed. Når du bliver sendt videre til vores betalingsvindue er det SSL krypteret og derfor kan du være sikker på at dine indtastede oplysninger aldrig bliver delt med nogen andre, heller ikke os selv.

Leveringsbetingelser
Når du har bestilt en eller flere varer og ordren samt betalingen er gennemført, postes din vare.
Vi sender vores pakker med Dao, GLS eller Postnord.

Det er vigtigt at du husker at hente din pakke i den valgte pakkeshop, hvis den er leveret der, ellers bliver din bestilling sendt retur til os. Modtager vi pakken retur hører du naturligvis fra os.

Returret
Du har 14 dages returret, hvor du selv skal betale portoen for returfragten. Returvarer bedes vedlagt navn og fakturanummer. Alle varer SKAL retur fragtes i original og ubeskadiget emballage, dvs. evt. kasser skal være i samme stand som ved modtagelsen. Forskellige sikringer/klistermærker skal være ubrudt.

Tilbagebetalingen af varen vil ske indenfor 5 dage efter modtagelse af returvaren.

Hvis der opstår problemer eller andet, er du altid velkommen til at kontakte mig. Jeg er kun interesseret i fuldt tilfredse kunder. Der findes en løsning på ethvert problem.

Betalingsbetingelser
Vi modtager betaling med følgende betalingskort: Dankort, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB. Ved refundering kan der gå op til 10 arbejdsdage, før du kan se penge retur på din konto.

Betalingen trækker vi ikke fra din konto, før varen er afsendt fra os.

Reklamationsret
Der er, i henhold til lovgivningen om online handel, selvfølgelig reklamationsret. Det betyder at du har 14 fortrydelsesret og 2 års reklamationsret, hvis den købte vare viser sig at have en fejl der var til stede da du fik varen tilsendt.

Forbehold
Der tages forbehold for prisfejl/tastefejl, prisændringer og udsolgte varer.

Jeg kan ikke garantere, at de farver, som vises på hjemmesiden, præcist gengiver de farver, produktet faktisk har. Det kan bl.a. afhænge af dine computerindstillinger.
